We group your customers into the following Statuses:

Active Customers are those that have purchased within the last 180 days (6 months).

Idle Customers are those that have not purchased within 180-365 days (6 months to 1 year).

Churned Customers are those that have not purchased within the last 365 days (over 1 year).

This filter will allow you to create a segment of customers based on whether they are active, idle or churned. You can see we already provide by default these segments under your "Lists" tab.
