One of our customers’ favourite features is our visual, drag-and-drop email template designer. No html knowledge is required. You create your images and then the jpeg's are imported into Rare!

The Template Window:

To build your template, there are a variety of options and plug-ins you can use to design your layout. On the right, you have two tabs: Content and Design. The content tab lists your plug-in settings, depending on what is selected in your template at the time will show you settings for that object. The Design tab allows you to further adjust the selected object's background colour and padding settings. To get started, you can simply drag and drop the content into the drop zone of your template.

Template Background and Border Settings:

To change the background settings of your template, click on the background of your template and in your settings column: 1. Make sure it says template and 2. Select the Design tab.

Under the Design tab you can change the container and campaign background colour, your button text, background and border colour, thickness and more.


Add your logo/Image:

In order for your customers to know who is emailing them, it is highly recommended to include your company logo in your campaigns. You want your customers to recognize your brand, and this is an easy way to do this!

To add your company logo or image:

  1. Drag and drop the Image plugin into your template.
  2. Select the image in your template, this will animate the settings on the right.
  3. Click on the Select Image button, where you will be redirected to an area where you can upload your image either from uploading a file from your computer, or importing from a URL.

Now that you know how to add an image to your template, all of our plugins displayed on the main screen work in the same way. All you need to do is drag and drop the content you would like, and adjust the settings to your choosing.
